1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Pakistani public holidays.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT (Pakistan Standard Time) on a business day are typically processed the same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM PKT, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day
• During peak periods — such as Eid, seasonal sales, or promotional events — processing times may extend to 3–5 business days
• Customised or made-to-order items may require additional production time of 3–7 business days before dispatch; this will be communicated at the time of ordering

Please Note Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your total delivery window is the sum of processing time plus the transit time for your chosen shipping method. |
2. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)
We offer reliable domestic shipping across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier workload, adverse weather, public holidays, or remote area restrictions. TA Art Gallery is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services once the order has been dispatched.
Remote & Rural Areas
Deliveries to remote or rural areas across Pakistan may take an additional 2–4 business days beyond the standard estimates. Additional shipping surcharges may apply for certain regions. You will be notified at checkout if your delivery address attracts a surcharge.
3. International Shipping
TA Art Gallery ships to customers worldwide. International orders are dispatched via reputable international courier services including TCS International, DHL, and FedEx, depending on the destination.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and dimensions. Final rates will be displayed before payment is confirmed.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. TA Art Gallery has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs authority for information before placing an order. |
4. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Domestic Orders
• Standard shipping is free on all domestic orders with a total cart value above PKR 5,000
• For orders below PKR 5,000, standard shipping is charged at PKR 200–350 depending on weight and destination city
• Express shipping is available at an additional charge and is calculated at checkout
International Orders
• International shipping rates vary by country, weight, and courier service selected
• Shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout before payment is completed
• TA Art Gallery does not currently offer free international shipping, but we may run promotional free shipping campaigns — watch our website for announcements
Bulky or Oversized Items
Certain large or heavy art supply items, craft kits, or bulk orders may attract additional shipping charges due to size or weight restrictions imposed by our courier partners. Any such surcharges will be communicated clearly at checkout or via email before the order is confirmed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
• Tracking information may take 12–24 hours to update after dispatch
• You can track your order directly through the courier's website using the tracking number provided
• You may also track your order by logging into your TA Art Gallery account at https://taartgallery.com and visiting the 'My Orders' section
• If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us

Track Your Order Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order leaves our facility. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of your confirmed dispatch date, contact us at taartgalleryofficial@gmail.com with your order number. |
6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will typically make up to two delivery attempts at your provided shipping address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
• If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect the parcel from a local depot
• Uncollected parcels held at a courier depot will be returned to us after a set holding period (usually 5–7 days)
• If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, an incorrect address, or the customer being unavailable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at the customer's expense
• TA Art Gallery is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
Please double-check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Address changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
7. Lost or Stolen Parcels
While we take every precaution to ensure your order is securely dispatched, TA Art Gallery cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed to the courier.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
• Check with neighbours or other members of your household
• Check any safe locations where couriers may leave parcels (porches, mailboxes, secure boxes)
• Contact the courier directly using your tracking number to raise a missing parcel investigation
• If the courier investigation confirms the parcel is lost, contact us at taartgalleryofficial@gmail.com and we will work with you to find a resolution
We strongly recommend ensuring a responsible adult is available to receive high-value orders at the delivery address.
8. Damaged Parcels on Arrival
If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please follow these steps immediately:
• If possible, note the damage with the courier at the time of delivery and refuse to sign for the parcel if the damage appears severe
• Photograph the damaged packaging and the item(s) inside before discarding any packaging material
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at taartgalleryofficial@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the damage
• We will assess the damage and, where responsibility lies with the courier or our packaging, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

Important — Damaged Items Damage claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for resolution. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if you notice any damage. |
9. Restricted & Prohibited Shipping Destinations
TA Art Gallery is unable to ship to certain locations due to courier restrictions, legal regulations, or logistical limitations. These may include:
• Countries subject to international trade sanctions or embargoes
• Remote territories or conflict zones where courier services are unavailable or suspended
• P.O. Boxes for international orders (domestic P.O. Box delivery depends on the courier)

10. Multiple Items & Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they will generally be dispatched together in a single shipment. However, in some circumstances, your order may be split across multiple shipments:
• Items with different processing times (e.g., standard products and customised items ordered together)
• Stock held at different locations or fulfillment points
• Oversized or bulky items that must be shipped separately
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive a separate tracking number for each parcel. You will only be charged one shipping fee regardless of the number of parcels dispatched.
11. Public Holidays & Peak Periods
Our dispatch and courier operations do not run on Pakistani public holidays, including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pakistan Independence Day, and other national observances. Orders placed around these periods may experience processing and delivery delays.
• During Ramadan, our processing hours may be adjusted — any changes will be communicated on our website
• During promotional sales and peak shopping seasons, processing times may be extended by 1–3 business days
• We will notify customers of any anticipated delays through our website banner, social media channels, or order confirmation emails
12. Packaging
TA Art Gallery takes great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
• All items are securely packed using appropriate materials to prevent damage in transit
• Fragile art supplies, glass items, and delicate craft products are given additional protective packaging
• We aim to use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible
